MOVE og TrondheimFOLK inviterer deg med på spennende sangleker fra Norge og Malawi. Gjennom stemme, bevegelse og rytme-instrumenter, utforsker vi hvordan (barns) musikktradisjoner henger sammen på tvers av kulturer og tid.

Kom innom, bli med i ringen og lek sammen!

Korte økter som gjentas, der alle kan delta.

I hver økt:

• Vi står eller beveger oss i en sirkel

• Lærer enkle sanger steg for steg

• Legger til bevegelse, klapping og kroppslig rytme

Join an interactive world of music, rhythm and play with Runa, Brenda, Vitu and Rosha!

MOVE and TrondheimFOLK invite you into a lively space of singing games from Norway and Malawi. Through voice, movement and rhythm, we explore how children’s musical traditions connect across cultures and time.

Drop in, join the circle, and play along!

Short, repeatable sessions where everyone can join.

In each session:

• We stand or move in a circle

• Learn simple songs step by step

• Add movement, clapping and body percussion

Songs come from:

• Trondheim (Norway)

• Malawi

Led by Runa Kvalsund (Trondheim), Thendai Phiri (Malawi), Vitumbiko Chisi (Malawi) and Rosha Vole (Malawi).

No experience needed. You can join, leave, and come back anytime.
